Self care is a broad term used today, but not everyone knows what to do or how to make it a reality. Therapy can be an important part of self care because like exercise, your body and mind have the opportunity to grow and be healthy.
With talk therapy, I will use a person-centered collaborative approach that will allow us to address concerns that matter to you in a way that fits your needs. If it matters to you then it’s important to me. My goal is to make sure you experience comfort, feel acceptance and find answers as we work together.
A 20 year teaching career and recent return to graduate school combined to form Stephanie’s current role as a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying). She has a teaching degree from the University of Windsor and recently completed a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Over the last year, she has worked as a private practitioner supporting clients in person and virtually with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and life transitions.
